IMS Mikro-Nano Produkte GmbH was founded in 2013 to develop sophisticated products and components based on silicon and quartz. Through close cooperation with the Institute for Microelectronics Stuttgart (IMS CHIPS), we have direct access to one of the most advanced research and manufacturing environments in Europe.
We combine scientific excellence with industrial precision. Our goal: micro- and nanostructures with maximum accuracy—for applications that require the highest reliability.

IMS CHIPS is our central technology partner for micro- and nanostructuring. With its modern clean room infrastructure, CMOS process lines, and nanotechnological processes, it provides the basis for research, development, and manufacturing at the highest level.
